Antek Krol, "morowy chlop" sprzedwaca krolikow na warszawskim Kercelaku, scigany przez policje rosyjska za knowania antypanstwowe, przypadkowo wciela sie w skore policmajstra w prowincjonalnym miasteczku. Skutki tego przeobrazenia nie kaza na siebie dlugo czekac.

Antek, a very well known figure of Warsaw`s pre-revolution world of rabbit sellers, falls into trouble with the Russian police. In his escape, he changes clothes with a real policeman and becomes head of the police in a provincial town. Soon it becomes apparent he is not who he claims to be.

Cast: Adolf Dymsza, Antoni Fertner, Mieczyslawa Cwiklinska.
